The Essential Collective is a gathering inspired by the vision and values of Essential Conference, hosted by local leaders in their own communities. While each Collective has its own speakers, worship team, and unique expression, every gathering shares the same desire—to create space for women to encounter God, be strengthened in their calling, and live Spirit-empowered lives.

   KEYNOTE SPEAKER

Heather Moore is senior pastor of Hope Chapel Kona in Hawaii. She and her husband, Albert, have been in full-time ministry since 1999. She has served in the church in various ways over the years, including planting a church in Seattle. She has always been passionate about leadership development and multiplication, looking for every opportunity to coach and mentor young leaders and pastors. Heather holds a B.A. from LIFE Bible College (now known as Life Pacific University) and a MASL through LPU. Heather currently serves on the Foursquare Board of Directors. She and Albert have been married over 27 years and have three adult children.

LEADERSHIP CONNECTION

Cheryl Harris is an author, public speaker, persuasive speech coach, leadership trainer, ordained pastor, and storyteller.  She earned her BA from Hope International University in Fullerton, California, and her MA in Organizational Management from the University of Phoenix.  Through corporate opportunities, Harris continued training in adult education, collaborative techniques, conflict management, and change management.  Harris is certified in the Zenger-Miller Leadership for Results curriculum and has developed leadership training programs for all levels of corporate management.

Cheryl is known for her lively and very fun classes and has authored two books:  Living Beyond the Frame, lessons on leadership from the life of Moses, and Farmer God, spiritual lessons from growing up on a farm.  Of all the stories she loves to tell, she loves telling God’s story the most!

Harris resides in Poulsbo, Washington with her husband Harlan.  They have two daughters and a son-in-law.

   SESSION SPEAKER

Mary and her husband, Dan, call Lifespring Foursquare Church (where he is the senior pastor) home. She is a licensed Foursquare pastor and currently serves at her church as an assisting staff pastor, one of the worship leaders, and women’s ministry co-lead. She has the privilege of serving with the national Foursquare team as a regional women’s mobilizer for the Northwest District. She has coached women leaders from all over the world for the past 6 years through WIML cohorts. Additionally, she works outside of the church in the emergency department of a local hospital.

She is honored to be partnering with Ministry Leader Network and Pastor Marion Ingegneri in launching the inaugural Essential Conference NW. She is excited to walk into whatever adventure the Lord may call her into and to find new ways to serve the women of her church, the NW District Foursquare leaders, and beyond.

On a personal level, Dan and Mary have been married for over 20 years and have three children and one daughter-in-love. 

   SESSION SPEAKER

Fawn Cobler co-pastors alongside her husband, Jon, at Living Water Foursquare. Jon and Fawn met in high school and have been married since 1997. They share a passion for the local church and have always served with the philosophy: Say yes to whatever God puts in front of us! For Fawn, this has included leading in multiple roles at the local church level, with her Foursquare denomination, and speaking at conferences and retreats. In addition, Fawn loves to utilize her creativity to write spoken words, dramatic presentations, and stories; all with the purpose of drawing people to the love of Jesus. Of all the titles Fawn has held, her most cherished are Wife, Mom, and Nana.
