With a continued focus on leadership, the Essential ‘25 Leadership gathering is the 17th gathering of this type. The goal of the gathering is three-fold. We seek to connect, resource, and minister to you. For your convenience, we answered the most common questions asked to our team about this gathering.
WHO SHOULD ATTEND?
The answer is simple. Seasoned and emerging leaders should consider the evening a meaningful connection.
DO I NEED TO HOLD A FORMAL LEADERSHIP POSITION TO ATTEND?
No. We invite anyone interested in leadership. We address the group as if everyone is a leader, but a formal leadership position is not required.

WHAT HAPPENS AT THE WELCOME RECEPTION?
Come at 6 PM to mingle with others and enjoy our welcome reception, which includes a sweet and savory charcuterie board. The goal is to make connections and meet other leaders or fresh faces interested in leadership.
WILL THERE BE A SERVICE AFTER THE RECEPTION?
Yes, at 7 PM. The evening includes worship, a short message, personal ministry, and a leadership development pathway invitation.
